CB-03-01 Concentration

I have been using 50mg CB-03-01 in 2ml Neo each night. Logic would suggest to increase the concentration so that it is 50mg in 1ml Neo so it is a 5% solution.

However by using 50mg in 2ml i am able to get two passes of 1ml (about 30 mins apart) to ensure that enough of the solution is absorbed by the scalp.

The reason i have been opting against using 50mg in 1ml is that some of the solution gets absorbed by the hair and drys quite quickly. Which is why i have been opting for 2 passes with 50mg in 2ml.

Which option do you guys think would be most effective a 5% concentration in 1ml solution or a 2.5% concentration in 2ml (providing more solution for 2 passes to maximise permiability)?

Hi Lynney, just ordered 10g CB. Now i need a vehicle and i think NEO is the best vehicle?!

To do my whole scalp i also need 2ML. Did you do it in 2x 2.5% in 1ml of 5% in 1x 1ml?

what matters is the total amount of mg you put on your head.
if it's in 2ml or 10ml, it matters very little imho.

your next question might be: so, what amount (in mg) should I put?
For any drug, the usual answer would be: the max dose trialled, which is supposed to be enough for most people. Or, in case of drugs with accumulation (e.g. vit. D, finasteride), the day quantity matters very little.

Here we're trying to find the "minimum effective dose". This is more difficult.
It depends on each one: on your number of ARs in that day, the level of hormones, etc.

I'm using approx 50mg CB per day, since I'm doing 1 single application ED, and 50mg is the highest safer dose tried so far (PoC #2) with no sides.
If I did (and I did for some days) 2 applications, I'd put 50+50.
