Hi, can current and former cb users please provide feedback about their experience?
Please list:
-Where purchased cb?
-what vehicles and what ratio of cb to vehickle?
-did/does cb make your scalp less oily?
-results?
-Any otter feedback would also be appreciated!

I never used CB, but I would start at 5%, and work my way up to 7.5%. Maybe that can keep it effective for longer than starting out at 7.5%. I doubt any topical anti-androgen will make your scalp significantly less oily. You need nizoral for that. There used to be a lot of talk about vehicles for CB, and it was all nonsense. People blamed the vehicle for it not working, but the dose they were using was just too low and their expectations too high. A standard ethanol/pg/water 30/60/10 vehicle will work. There's nothing magical about CB that requires a special vehicle to work.

Cassiopea's patent uses Ethanol, Transcutol, and PG (1:1:1). I really don't see the point of having created another thread for something that was regurgitated ad nauseum. There are 3 threads on just the CB vehicle alone and the main thread derailed just like the Tsuji one due to lack of news. You have all the elements you need to try that stuff for 6 months and report in success stories with your own thread or not.

At any rates CB doesn't deserve the press it's getting. If people don't post anymore it could mean many things although I believe if anyone had success with that stuff they would have come out to post their results.

I don't think there is a need to dissect the way it's done. 7.5% bid. It dissolves in Ethanol and can be mixed with PG. Because stability is unknown I wouldn't add water but if you do then create 10 day max batches. Keep the solution in your fridge in a non transparent container such as an old Kirkland bottle. Keep the powder in the freezer. Repeat the process for 6 months. Take pictures every month in your bathroom with same lighting. Good luck!

EDIT: At $500/10G this treatment comeis at ~$17 a day with 2ml bid or ~$3000 for 6 months. My point is if you start get ready to finish.

The value just isn't there for this treatment. $17/day can buy much more effective measures. The only draw here is no side effects.

Edit: I think I paid less than $300 for 10g of estriol, and that will last 7.5x as long as 10g CB. It's also proven to be effective over 5 years without side effects.

If there are no side effects and estriol effective then why isnt it sood for hairloss and why do I rarely hear about it? I'm genuinely interested, not throwing stones.

Ok so if I were to use an old Kirkland bottle then how much of that bottle gets filled with cb powder? The rest would get filled with 60% ethanol and 40% of bottle would be pg. Please assist.

If you're making a one month supply, and you're using 1ml per application, then you'd have 60ml of solution, 36ml ethanol and 24ml pg. To make a 7.5% solution you'd add 4.5g of CB powder. For 5% you would add 3g. It will be easier if you mix the powder with the ethanol first, and then add the pg.

20ml of vehicle with 1 gram of CB is 5% if you apply 1ml twice a day it will last you 10 days. Were you expecting any results with this quantity?

Gentleman I have a few goals:
To see if I get sides
To see if I get a reduction in sebum. I think it is important to mention years ago when i was finasteride and minoxidil I was a quick responder to both. I could tell within a few days if something was going on up there.

You won't experience anything of this with one gram. Especially when this gram is made of such a weak treatment that you are even more decreasing by butchering the recommended dosage from the patent.
