certain type of electric current destroys androgen receptors

its been asked a few times if the androgen receptor could be destroyed or disabled as opposed to using anti androgen drugs..i did some reading and it appears that the type of electric current used in prostate surgery has shown to destroy androgen receptors..i have also found some other studies on electric current to hair follicles and new growth/halted loss. now if these studies are accurate, im not sure if they are related but perhaps the electric charge destroys the receptor and thats why there is new growth as opposed to the charge itself stimulating new growth..anyway, here are a couple links but theres a lot more online to read.

very interesting, this might make sense on a molecular level . with electrons and neutrons and there quantity attached to different cells .
