changing spironolactone application times?

I use both 5% and 2% spironolactone once each daily.I had been using the 5% in the morning and in the 2 at night but more recently ive changed that.I now put the 5% on in mid afternoon around 4 and the 2 later on at about 9.Does this change make any difference?

I put on two apps now also. Once after I shower (morning) and then later in the day either 4-10pm.

The bulk of you testosterone is produced early in the morning (like around 4 - 5) until lunch. So best would be if you applied it at night say around 24 and then again around lunch.

But that´s just to correlate with the time when it´s released - I don´t know when it´s converted to DHT etc.
