Wierd stuff —-during Covid and working from home everyday I would eat 2 meals 1st with typically 5-6 eggs (which are delicious btw haha ) for at least 4 months then a 2nd meal light meat dinner. Only recently last few months backed down to “only” 4 eggs.
Got my blood test done recently and showed lower iron/ferritin —-and I eat meat at dinner for sure. Huh?? So thus was so wierd as I thought eggs add iron.
Unknown to me, I found a few internet facts about eggs reducing iron content phosphoprotein - check it out. It may make sense in my case. Iron affects hair loss with hemoglobin red blood O2 carry (more for women who are typically lower) so I now added a iron sup to my vitamins - let’s see what happens. FYI to you guys as this could be part of hair loss synergistic effects....
