Chest soreness after 4 days?

Please forgive my paranoia here, but I have just hopped on Dutas for the past 4 days and this morning I woke up with what feels like a painful bruise the size of a nickel next to my left nipple.

PLEASE tell me that it is absurd to think that one could suffer a side effect like this after only 4 days?

I had a very similar thing, maybe not quite as severe, but it went after about a week and touch wood is fine now. I believe it's due to higher levels of estrogen, I think the body gets used to it. That's my theory anyway (might be utter bollocks!) everyone responds in thier own way.
