I have used ru58841 for 10 days, 1ml per day. I use the amount of dropper, the dose should be no problem.
But after I use it, I will feel headache, chest tightness and erectile dysfunction, especially chest tightness, which is very horrifying. I feel so bad.
How can I make these symptoms disappear? Should I give up using it?

I would personally stop using it if I were you. For all the flack that finasteride gets, it's FDA approved in the U.S and the FDA equivalent of every major country you can think of. RU58841 is not approved anywhere, it's an abandoned research chemical that probably gets produced in some shady Chinese lab. If it could have been safely marketed for hair loss, it would have been.

I have read of people getting permanent heart damage because of it blocking androgens in the heart. I don't want to fear monger you but I really don't want you to have anything bad happen to you.

Are you also taking minoxidil btw? Because some people react badly to that and I was one of them (chest tightness and what not). Apparently it lowers potassium levels.

Case in point, you're much safer just taking finasteride if you're not already.

Stop using RU asap. It's defo responsible for the side effects you're feeling. The tightness in your chest is indeed worrisome.

The people who get permanent heart damage?
I read someone who nearly died after using RU58841...That was what he wrote on the occasion of his death.

Yeah, it might not cause that for most users but it's not a well studied drug AT ALL, and it's not regulated. Stop taking it immediately and switch to finasteride and possibly minoxidil as well (if you can tolerate it). Don't gamble with your health.

Immediately stop taking it. If you don't, you will regret it later. Listen to your body

How long will these terrible symptoms disappear? I have disabled ru58841, now it is the next day, but my chest is still a little uncomfortable, and the erection is also a bit weak.

Uh oh cue the PFS finasteride attackers. They will tell you the evils of this drug, which I dont want to say arent true I think they can be. The problem is we can criticize every single one of the big 3. All of them are dangerous, and have risks since they are all medications of some kind. What is left? male pattern baldness. As jigsaw would say Live or die make your choice.
Even most people on RU would tell you try the big 3 first. Nothing compares to the big 3 in terms of evidence of safety.
