chlorine in pools and hair

i swim about twice a week
for fitness and was wondering does it effect my hair loss?

Doubtful. If it did, every one of those olympic swimmers would be completely bald as they probably spend hours everyday swimming.

you should be fine. just make sure you condition your hair after you swim. i think chlorine will have a drying, chemical effect on the hair strands, probably not much on the follices. wouldnt worry too much.
