Hello,
like many here on the forum, in which they have been through finasteride and dutasteride, I would like to know, what is the next step.

Cipro (diane 35)
spironolactone
bicalutamide

My current regimen is minoxidil 2x daily and finasteride 1mg

Your next step is dutasteride if finasteride isn't working for you. Hold off the extreme regimen for a little bit.

Thanks,

Should I start with Dutasteride 1x weekly, and finasteride every day?

most reports of switching to dutasteride show people who are sorry, or who have not progressed, or who prefer to have continued on finasteride.

Just drop the finasteride and take dutasteride daily, it doesn't take that long to reach dht inhibition similar to finasteride. If you want to get your serum levels up fast you can mega dose on dutasteride. I'd also ask your derm about maybe switching to 5mg oral minoxidil but if you are happy with topical that's fine, would add dermarolling to your regimen though.
