I was going to wait a bit, but I want peoples opinion. Do you think those little black dots are signs of hair?

If so I think there is something to circulation. I've being doing Margo's towel method off and on for the last 2 months. Excluding a couple of times I am only doing the towel method 30 seconds or so combined on both temples. I am doing some massages as well, but I don't think massages are strong enough.

I am doing the towel method at night mostly but might start doing 30 seconds in the morning as well.

I wonder if Toco + Gingko (taking in the morning) + towel method has something to do with it?!

One thing that is interesting to note is I have less black dots on the left temple (right in the pics) due to skin breakage. I didn't do the towel method for about a week combined the 2 times I have broken skin.

pretty sure it's from all those other things you're taking.... circulation really? We've been over this year after year... why can't this theory just die already?

I am only 5 weeks into Toco-8 and about 7 into Gingko. I'm only taking 1 cap of Gingko when the bottle recommends 2. Correct me if i am wrong but don't both of those work on circulation?

If you're serious about circulation, then look into NEO40 and Nitric Oxide production...Nitrix Oxide studies have yielded a Nobel Prize for the researchers...it is one important molecule...funny that my thinning kicked into high gear when I hit 40...when I got the testing strip, my NO levels were basically non-existent

...beets are thought to be one of the most potent foods on the planet and they are a prime trigger for your body to produce NO...

..all this crap may not save my hair, but at least it's all promoting some super health progression...nothing worse than feeling physically crappy AND emotionally crappy at the same time :)

There are a lot of pre-workout supplements on the market that promote NO. I've contemplated applying them topically, or taking them regularly.
