I already did this and can say after 7 months LLLT (irestore) still hasn’t worked for me. Im gonna keep at it for another 5 months, but it doesn’t seem to work one bit. I don’t understand how microneedling would aid either and began to microneedle once a week on my offdays for the device.

LLLT isn’t a topical like minoxidil so I fail to see how it would help besides in deeper penetration. But then again it’s not a topical. And too much use can be detrimental to the hair cycle they say.

microneedling is supposed to induce a healing environment so that could potentiate the LLLT effects

There is a whole thread on people seeing amazing results via Micro Needling and one guy who used natural topicals like saw palmetto to block DHT while Needling and BOOM he had significant regrowth. Maybe Dhlan is just sh*t out of luck and happens to be one of those people for whom nothing works....

Im doing the exact protocol as above LLLT and Needling, but I barely have visible hairloss, been at it for a solid 3 weeks, started and stopped along the way..... finally got a routine down pat. Lets see what happens.

No, I have very thin (diffusing) poofy asian hair. I can see the lasers/leds on my scalp.

I do .5mm and 1mm once a month is the plan.
