Damn, half of those women ended up looking like uncle Fester! At least they can wear wigs without worrying about judgement or ridicule...

Not a single man was featured. Doesn't get any more obvious that men with hair loss are NOT given any sympathy AT ALL... not even with the other forms of alopecias. But who cares, right? Because MISANDRY is encouraged.

To be fair, there is an ad for a cancer clinic in the UK which portraits a man in distress because of the disease. The way to portrait this distress is (also) by showing the guy watching his own hair fall down from his head (presumably because of chemo). I mean that there are occasions in which male hair loss is depicted as a disease or a component of a disease, which it is.

It'll be ok hellouser...It'll be ok.

Goes to show how powerful hair is though. Some of the women in there have flawless complexions and beautiful facial features, but we would never consider them attractive.

Hair is insanely important to a woman's looks, femininity and self image. I'm starting to think people that say "it's just hair" are mentally deranged or at least seriously lacking in empathy like narcissists.

Indeed, a lot of people I meet acknowledge that it would be nightmare if they lost their hair, even with a NW1. How could there be another way to look at it?!

I hate the ones who say "it's just hair!", maybe they have no empathy like you say. Of course, as soon as they see a NW2 in the mirror, they'll cry their eyes out.

My God. I have lived with this **** for so long (18 to 44 years old: that is 26 years long) that I had totally forgotten that some guys (as in: males) take their hair for granted and would be surprised (if not aghast) if they feared any loss at all.

I would not mind hooking up with a bald natalie portman. Even in my prime with a full head of hair.

"It's just hair" is what they mean when they know they can get it back lol. When they have a choice.

It's hilarious that hair loss is one of the worst parts of CANCER in the way it is portrayed. It's ****ing CANCER, **** that'll kill or debilitate you and be a constant worry for the rest of your life, but losing the hair is portrayed as a major side effect.

Could be that male xy coupling chromosome clash internally going on,
which sends us spiraling into the very perpetual state of conflict you're witnessing?
