I am currently going into the stages of male pattern boldness according to my Doctor. theres still a lot of hair but i lost a bit on the side temples and at the crown.
interesting enough, I am taking cod liver oil for my knees and to help out with the very minor damage I did when I was jogging. I notice on the side of the bottle it helps out with hair. Now, it just says on the website: "healthy hair". it doesnt qoute anything to promote hair but it has got vitamins.

The brand I am using is the normal black label Seven seas. Once I am finish with the traditional capsules, I am tempted to start taking the one a day multi vitamins. just based on the nutrient value:

What does everyone think about cod liver oil or any vitamins helping with hair?
The second product I am using is, l'oreal Elvive thickening for men. I used this for about a month and I havent seen any improvements but I know from reading other peoples post this stuff takes time due to the hair process life cycle. I also notice I do get some little dry balls at the root of my hair from using this shampoo. not sure it thats suppose to happen.
I was thinking about exchanging Elvive for Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo?

theres also a hair tonic by Alpecin but have no idea how effect this will be:

Any help will be great
