Comments on my regimen?

I am ONLY going topical because I want to minimise the risk of systemic effects. Currently:

Proxiphen once per day in morning

Nano shampoo 5 times a week

Nano conditioner twice per week

nizoral twice per week

Will this be enough to halt the loss?

Not enough,.

99% chance you won't have systematic sides with .5mg finasteride, Nizoral should be 2%. I would add spironolactone cream too. You cannot halt male pattern baldness without finasteride or minoxidil, not possible.

Proxiphen contains minoxidil and spironolactone, no need to add more.

Proxiphen is probably one of the best topicals you can use. Whether it allows you to keep your hair, who knows? For some people, nothing works.

Proxiphen w/ minoxidil/spironolactone/cu, my bad, that is good stuff, but I prefer Xandrox/spironolactone Cream cover so there is no evaporation.
