Comparison Between Derma Roller And Dr.pen Microneedling Device

Hi i’m using minoxidil for 3.5 years but it lost effects and i’m using derma roller(1.5) but it wasn’t so effective, i decided to buy a dr.pen microneedling decice, do you think that it will help me? And it is more effective than derma roller!??
