Compiling A List Of Things That Help Reduce finasteride/dutasteride Sides

I currently take dutasteride and am looking to minimise or even just reduce the minor side effects (slightly increased estrogen, feeling bloated, lower libido etc)

I’d like to hear what anyone who experiences these takes in order to combat the feelings, without increasing hair loss as a result of taking them

Arimidex will reduce the sides, but if you take too much you will lose hair

The best option would be to switch to topical finasteride/dutasteride.
