confused about how to apply minoxidil!!

im currently on nizoral 2% and finasteride, looking to add minoxidil 5% (although having second thoughts due to some people saying it worsens hair loss), but im confused as to how and where you go about applying it.

id say i was a diffuse thinner, but its probably worse on the front sides, so should i just apply minoxidil there or all over the top of the head?!

also which is the better option (i usually have short hair), the roll on or the pump spray?!

it also says spread using fingertips, now is it possile to have hair growing there if you keep on using them to spread minoxidil, or should i wear gloves/etc?

Put it everywhere your hair is thinning/falling out. Apply it, then gently rub it in with your fingertips - then wash off your hands.
