Confused About Treatment Or Hair Transplant+photos

So im 27 and I really dont know if start with finasteride+minoxidil treatment or hairtransplant.
So what do you think?
And which Norwood im now?

Why would you keep your hair grown out like that, looks really bad.
You are nw4 to 5 and you should of started finasteride and minoxidil 5 years ago.
You need to start finasteride for a few months before even considering a hair transplant.

Bottom line is your hair is in a really bad place and a hair transplant won't be enough without finasteride and even then you left it so late.

finasteride ASAP, should have started in your early 20s. Watch your libido though,

finasteride to hopefully salvage midscalp and vertex, if sucessful and no sides after a year you could start evaluating a transplant (do your research) to correct hairline/frontal third.
