Confused regarding dosage of the Swiss Temples Prostaglandin Protocol

The Protocol

So according to the protocol above I need to use

• 5% Seti
• 100mcg/ml of PGE2

And according to this https://ask.fm/swisstemples/answers/133392388716) answer by swiss temples he made a few months back.

• 25G of Seti should last a year
• 100ml of PGE2 should last a year

So for Seti

25,000 milligrams / 365 = 68 milligrams per day at 5% concentration

• is this the right daily dosage and is the other 95% the custom liquid he mentioned?

And for PGE2


100 milligrams / 365 = 0.274 milligrams per day at 100mcg/ml = 2.74 ml

• is this the right daily dosage? 2.47 ml for my entire scalp seems awfully low.

5% means 50mg per 1 mL of the vehicle of your choice. Keep in mind, swiss only applies it on temples. If you have diffuse thinning all over head, you gonna be using 3-5mL per day.
You can use less, like 3-4%. 5% is around max that can be dissolved and kept in a vehicle.

for pge2, 10mg per 100mL of vehicle of your choice. This was ideal dose according to the studies on pge2.

vehicle swiss is using: 50% ethanol, 30% polysorbate 80, 20% Dimethyl Isosorbide (DMI) and just a drop of DMSO. Can use regular eth/pg if making daily batches.

Can you explain it to me like im a total idiot (im not being sarcastic). I just have no background in chemistry.

I ordered 25g of seti (including the custom vehicle) and 100ml of PGE2

What would i need to do on a daily basis if i have thinning in the crown and temple region. I have a average sized head.

I can send you $25 bitcoin if you can explain it thoroughly to me. I just dont want to make any boneheaded mistakes.

Its not a rocket science, no need to send me anything.

You gonna need measuring cup and scales.

Pour 20mL(as an example) of your vehicle into the cup.

to get 5% solution you add 50*20=1000mg of seti to these 20mL.
for 4% you add 40*20=800mg of seti.
for 3% you add 30*20=600mg of seti.

for pge2:
Custom vehicle comes in 200mL bottle. For this amount you will need 1/5th of your pge2 capsule, or 20mg.
For your cup of 20mL, you will need 2mg of pge2.

With that being said, pg protocol is still unproven. You shouldn't rely on it alone. I strongly recommend you use finasteride as well or any other proven treatments.

It depends how much you wanna make at a time. 20mL was just an example.
For instance, i make 3-4mL batch every day right now. If you are lazy, make 8-10mL batch that should last you 2 days. Can be larger.

One thing is don't make batches that are too big, like 200ml+. Just in case, because i think seti spoils over time.

Now you also need an efficient method to apply it. Sprayer bottle is nice or a dripper.

For hairline and crown, 3-4ml per day is enough to cover these areas.
