Confused, What Type Of Hair Loss Do I Suffer From?

34 years old and I have been suffering from hair loss for around 1.5 years. Except from the thinning, it is also itching all over the scalp and it is pretty frustrating.

I do not find this type of hair loss on the norwood scale. Is it male pattern baldness or is it diffuse hair loss? Or something else? No receiding hair line so far. And what the hell should I do about it?

On my mothers side of the family all men have thick hair. Even the older ones. On my fathers side its the opposite, all men are more or less bald.

Treatments so far: Minoxidil for 6 months and 3 sessions of prp. None of them have given any results.

Health status: Suffering from Cronic Fatigue Syndrome for over 10 years which sucks. My energy is around 50% of what it should be. However, I do work full time anyway. CFS is not very easy to treat.

Finasteride will never enter my body. My hormones are already fucked up due to CFS and I do not want to risk worsening it.

I have discussed hair transplant with a few clinics here in Sweden and some them offers me FUE transplant, and others say no because they consider I am not bald enough for it.

Sorry for poor english.

It looks male pattern baldness diffuse thinning and pretty agressive for just 1.5 years.

On your father side, do men experience the same diffuse pattern as yours ?

On my fathers side the baldness starts in the front and then backwards. That also happened one of my younger brothers in the early 20's. My other brother, now 28, still have a full head of hair though.
