Im new here and im freaking out! Im only 22 years old. My x fiance and I had a lot of issues, and were doing long distance. I'd constantly be arguing with her, sleep feeling like sh*t, wake up feeling like sh*t, and that lasted for a few months actually. Untill she broke up with me, and i stressed even more. I'm done with stressing about her now, but im shedding VERY bad. My hair seems to be thinning and I dont know if this is normal.
What do I do? How do I know whats causing this?
If this was due to the stress I used to take, does it go back to normal with time?
