Hi Guys,

Been on Proscar (1/4 tab) for two and a half months. I am sure that I am in the shedding process. I know that a shed is a good thing, but can anyone suggest a product that will slow down a shed? Some have suggested Copper Peptides? Certain brand you can suggest?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a bottle of AC revitalize spray, only used it a few times and never got into the habbit of using it. i'm going to try and use it consistently twice a day for 5 months to see if anything good happens..

Is there a difference of American Crew Serum and American Crew Revitalize Spray? Thanks
