Could alopecia aerata drugs potentially have any effect on Androgenetic Alopecia?

I saw this report on a Pfizer drug for alopecia aerata that also references two other drugs in development for AA and it got me wondering whether any of these drugs could potentially have any effect on Androgenetic Alopecia or are the two just too different?
