could i be allergic to finasteride.?

took finasteride. for 4 months and on the 5th month my throat started closing up at night and i had constant breathing problems,well I looked this up and those are the symptoms of an allergic reaction,but why on the 5th month?I had no side effects at all you would think the first time I took it I would know if I was allergic to it,has anyone had a similiar story?if this is the case what are my alternatives?my regimen now is minoxidil. and the laser comb but I would like some sort of dht blocker any suggestions?

never heard of that with finasteride before, but people do suddenly become allergic/intolerant to things so I guess it's possible. My lactose intolerance came on pretty much overnight.

I think you should see a doctor to be honest to make sure.
