Hey guys,
I've been using Dr. Lee's PPG-Free Xandrox 5% for 2 weeks, however, i've been experiencing discomfort in my chest area. I wouldn't describe it as pain, but it's almost as if I'm one breath short and feeling very anxious. This happens even with .5 ml 2x a day, or 1ml 1x a day. The same problem happened to me with fluridil. I'm 100% sure that they are from minoxidil as this is the only thing I am using aside from tricomin. No meds and in tip-top shape. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the high alcohol content of the topical is being absorbed into my circulatory system. I could very well be quite sensitive to topicals. I'm currently studying medicine, but this topic is above the realm of our initial courses
Now in theory nanosomes are designed to be delivered to the specified receptors/binding sites. Would the use of nanosomal minoxidil, or another non-alcohol delivery system, lessen the chanes of such side effects? Has anyone with sides from alcohol-based minoxidil switched to nanosal/spectral dnc and benefited? Even if from personal experience it isn't as effective, that doesn't matter to me. Any chances that these side effects will diminish in a few weeks as my body adjusts to the topical application?
I would like to continue use of minoxidil, but if I can't get rid of these sides, i will stop.
Thanks!
