I Must say that RU has had a sexual side effect on me, when I take it over a prolonged period. Not too happy with that, although I am sure it is still better than finasteride ( in the past I tried saw palmetto - a similar mechanism to finasteride if I understand and side effects were way worse back then)
So I am thinking of adding " Horny Goat Weed. But does that work through increasing Testosterone ? If that is the case, that would be counterproductive... But I saw on one website (not necessarily trusted: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/store/ ... -weed.html) they say that studies have shown this increases Testosterone in Mice..
Any other way I could boost libido without increasing T and DHT ?
