Depends.

Hardly male pattern baldness killers but the additional of iodine etc can certainly help if you are in deficits!

MSM might help through a shed too...

Why would you say that?

There are several ingredients there are very important for healthy hair. MSM makes your hair grow faster. Those ingredients are hair and nail orientated.

As i said though, not male pattern baldness or DHT killers, hair and body HEALTH supplements.

I've used them for the past year or so, not expecting regrowth but just for healthy hair. I think they do help some in that aspect.

I actually just received some new bottles in the mail last week, it seems they removed the Canola fatty acid complex from the ingredients. Doubt it helped anyways, but just something i noticed.
