Im pretty sure this is an online thing to buy ...i have not seen it in stores before...although you say you do not have a credit card.
If you go to your bank(if you have one)get a debit card,you can use that for online purchases.I have Bank of America and there debit cards even are Visa certified.

I disagree. It is messy and sticky. Try Toppik. Much better by far!
