CranRaz's story - (23 Y.O. Just started treatment)

Heres the scoop...

Started Hairloss at probably 19-20
Tried propecia at 21 for 8 months, maintained pretty well
Then said to hell with it and started shaving my head, and stopped treatment.

Currently on:
Rogain foam AM, Rogaine liquid PM (since March)
Finpecia 1x daily (started 2 weeks ago)

Also of note, started getting into hardcore weightlifting last summer (2007) and noticed a lot of thinning.

I'm already doin the buzzcut so if treatment works, sweet...maybe i'll grow hair out again , if not no worries.

You have a very similar hairline to mine, minus the diffuse thinning. I think by your age i'll be in the same spot if not worse. Probably without an internal 5AR inhibitor, we're fucked.
