Cream For Scar Treatment?the Scar Is From Transplant

Can someone suggest me a cream for my scar to make it less visible? I have done at FUT transplant ten years ago and is no more red anymore just for the info.

I have already done but if i cut my hair short can someone see the scar, the fue has covered the gap but cant make the scar back to normal skin. Thats why i am thinking the cream,if it is works.
