Crinagen

Crinagen seems like it could be a good alternative to propecia, and affordable. I didn't read anywhere how often/when to apply it. Does anyone have any information on that or any results from using it? Thanks for any info.

jimmystanley,
How many times a day do you have to apply it? Is it something you can put on once before you go to bed?

i haven't really been applying it much because of it's smell. I think that i might start putting in on once at night. I just need a good topical DHT inhibitor.

I have been using it for about 4 months twice a day, haven't found it that smelly but seen no real results

How's the fluridil worked out for you jimmystanley?

yeah, propecia gave bad side effects. Fluridil seemed to be working well but it stained my scalp so had to stop. I just want a treatment that doesn't screw me over. Tricomin is working well for me so far.

I have used crinagen in the past. It did work for me. It stopped the shedding and gave me slight regrowth. Furthermore it is not so pricey.

You can add 1/2 grams of arginine to your crinagen bottle. When I did that I noticed more regrowth. No BS!

Also you can add more grape seed extract in your crinagen. I have not tried this, but I think the GSE in crinagen is not so much so increasing it will be more beneficial for hair.
SO:

1)crinagen did work for me- stopped shedding, slight regrowth
2)adding 2 grams of arginine in the crinagen bottle gave me more regrowth
3)adding some GSE would be good for your hair IMO.

Good luck.

Could you tell me how long it took before you saw results?

I have been using it for 4 to 5 months now and not yet seen anything positive

Thanks

I would say about a month.

If Crinagen after 4 months is not really helping. Add minoxidil and 2 grams of arginine in the morning and before going to bed on an empty stomach.

Grape seed extract 200 mg.

Drink decafeinized grean tea, 3 cups a day.

Stop masturbating.

I just wanted to bump this topic to see if there's anymore feedback on it. I'd like to try an alternative to propecia, and I'm thinking of deciding between crinagen and revivogen. It seems like they're close to the same thing. I did notice on the product description they both have the same ingredients, but when you read about crinagen it doesn't say it has any fatty acids in it, which i thought was the main part of revivogen. Maybe I missed something in the description. Hopefully I can get some more info on crinagen (success, how often you should use it a day, if the spray works well, etc.) so I can make an informed decision picking between the two products. Thanks.

i think it was crinagen that S.Foote was applying to his beard and sideburns. he said it gave him regrowth up top via his hydraulic theory of balding. though this was when i first starting reading about hair loss, back in 2003 i think so my memories may be hazy.

i have used crinagen, nothing spectacular happened. when applied to the face and beard it would turn me bright red, possibly the niacin in it. so it will improve blood flow most probably, dont know about the dht inhibiting part.

Can anyone who works on HairLossTalk.com or anyone who knows clear up the discrepecy for the ingredients in crinagen. This site says it has fatty acids in it, but when you read the product review there's no mention of it in the ingredients? HairLossTalk.com wrote that Crinagen and Revivogen are the same thing, so I wanted to know if there is a mistake somewhere.

The product review on this site is of the old version of Crinagen. They have since changed their formula to include fatty acids making it similar to Revivogen.

Thanks for the clarification. So I guess that means Crinagen and Revivogen are basically the same thing. Do people think using a dropper has an advantage over a spray? It looks like with Crinagen your only option is spraying it on I think. I'm hoping to order one of these 2 products over the next couple days.

Anyone else here have any experience with Crinagen? Just read up on it and it sounds interesting. Seems like a more practical alternative to revivagen (because it's a liquid).

I keep reading that it's not the same as it used to be-- when did it change, and was it only for the better? I think I read somewhere that it basically does the same thing as a copper peptide topical (like tricomin, which I'm using). Is that true? Basically, can we get any more input on this product?

Also, I read in a couple threads on another board that it can cause shedding. Anyone know about that?
