due to sides of 1mg im doing 0.25 a day, do you guys reckon thats a bit soft? i might go up to 0.5 and come down if theres sides then...

according to the effects of the drug in the graphs i should be safe with 0.25

half a day will be better IMO

yeah its better to go down to .5 and then if thats still giving u sides (after some months on it) go down to .25

Sammo - I personally would start out on .5mg as I read many good sucess stories with this dose.

I used to take 1.25mg about ten years ago, got sides so I'm gonna give .5mg a shot too.

However I have Proscar on the way which means I'll have to cut it into ten pieces which is going to be tricky. It was bad enough cutting it into 4ths - Has anyone cut it into 10ths to make .5mg?

This means that 30 tablets is going to last me 300 days - Very cheap!

cutting into 10 is achievable....... but it's a pain in the arse and being accurate is tough....

is there any specific way to cut? like ive just randomly cut them in half with a knife... is that bad lol?

as long as you use a sharp one and watch the other half doesnt fall on the floor when you do it, ive lost a few halfs like that.

you should be able to get a proper pill cutter from your chemist if youre gonna do it long term.
