Cyclical nutrition: Impressive results from a first look

I am impressed with this paper's claims. And this is coming from an hair transplant surgeon. Not selling any drug.
I read it quickly, and the scientific method seems fine. The question is the veracity.

But I have not seen impressive photos like this at an advanced hairloss stage, not even with finasteride.

The control group took finasteride and minoxidil, the treatment group took minoxidil and a cycle of supplements, and 2% Ketoconazole. I think the latter should have been included in the control group. But i doubt this one alone can generate these results. Also it is not clear that the control group were prohibited from using anti-dandruff shampoos. I did not see that.

This need to be looked into/verify with other studies

Great results..Do you know what vitamins, antioxidants, etc they use in the study? And in whats dosages?

Looks good, but... They used it with minoxidil. That fella looks more like a good minoxidil responder rather then success from cyclical nutrition. They should have tried to use it either alone or let the patient use minoxidil for 1-2 years and after that add the supplements. This tells us nothing.
