No you wouldn't. stop talking bull****.
When you go through chemo, not only the hair on your head is lost but every where else as a result.
Go get a wig already, and be done with it. There is no other option besides sulking.
Yes I would. And you're the one talking bull, because you can't decide the opinion of another person. This is my opinion OK?
I'll try to explain it to you, like I've done to others so many times.
Chemo is horrible, but if I got the choice between fighting through chemo and surviving with my hair growing back at the end of it,
or losing my hair forever but no chemo, I would choose to go through chemo and get my hair back 110% no doubt. In my opinion it's better to fight through a hard time but come out on the other end fine, than being in a life-long constant nightmare with no hair. Hair is very very important to me so I'd fight through pretty much anything to have it. Also why would I care about body hair loss when I'm a girl? I shave it almost daily anyway. Again, I'd 110% choose fighting through chemo and have my hair back than losing it forever. This is my opinion about my own body, so stop talking crap and just let me have my opinion OK?
Get a wig really? How many times have I heard this? I'll say it again; a wig is uncomfortable, hot, expensive and limits many activities. But the worst thing is having to remove it every day and see my bald head. I just don't know if I can deal with that. Sure, I'll get a wig but I'll never get "over it" and be "done with it." I will never be done with it, I will always be a wig prisoner and always lack something 99,9% of other girls take for granted.

She's still going to have to look at her bald head every night when she takes it off and every morning before she puts it on. Even though a decent human hair wig would look completely like her natural hair, it's going to be uncomfortable on hot days, and activities are going to be somewhat limited. Even opening an oven door can damage the hair, I was told. Wigs are expensive to maintain too. I don't think she's anti-wig; I think she's depressed because she'll be a prisoner to it for the rest of her life--and I don't blame her.
Thanks for understanding, Joan
I just don't understand how some of the guys here are so obsessed with me wearing a wig, like that is a viable solution for hair loss..

Evillocks, why are you anti wig? There are millions of options and are totally socially acceptable.
I'm not anti-wig, I'm "glad" there is an option for women (or men) with hair loss. That said, I really just don't like the thought of wearing one.
It's hot, uncomfortable, expensive, you worry about it falling off all the time, limits activities like sex, swimming, working out etc etc etc. If you look at wig forums many members are very unhappy living as a wig prisoner..
