Hi all..
I'm going through the stages of being really worried and down about the hair loss I am currently experiencing. I am 19 years old. I had noticeable hair loss in the later years of high school (Age 16) And the hair has been escaping since. In the past couple of months It has been getting worse. I have been using Propecia for around 5 months. It is not improving and it is getting worse still.
Sometimes I feel alright about it... other times I don't. I'm not registering here today on this forum for other peoples pitty, nor do I want to moan and sound like a negative teenager - I just want a bit of help and support from people experiencing the same problem. What can I do? What are my options... I feel a bit lost and doomed. Propecia isn't working for me. There are so many other hair loss 'treatments' but I do not know who and what to trust.
I have spoken with several doctors regarding this situation and an 'NHS hair loss specialist' and niether offered me great advice or a solution - They just told me there isn't much I can do.
I do not want to post pictures up of myself on a public forum. However if somebody is willing to help me out and give me a little bit of advice then please let me know and I will give you as much info as possible.
