Is a delayed or difficulty orgasm even while masturbating one of the side effects of finasteride. It takes me a long time to orgasm where I have to concentrate really had just to orgasm to p**rn. This is concerning. I had the same issue when I was on anti-depressants. Hope it goes away.

Yes it is. I really had hard time getting orgasm when I was on finasteride. I stopped taking finasteride and I'm back to normal.

I agree with Chris: Stop finasteride for a while, time yourself, get on finasteride again, time yourself, and get back to us

I took it 2 months ago for 3 weeks or so, quit because I couldn't get it up and burning sensation in my right breast. Started it again like 2 weeks ago and now I feel like my libido is low and discomfort in my right breast.

If you recovered completely after quitting, you are quite foolish to start it again. You might not recover again... I don't mean to make you disspirited or anything, but tampering with your sexual hormones is no child's play.
