Dermabration to smooth skin from transplant

I have some quite bad cobblestoning (bumps under the recipeint area) would professional dermabrassion be a good way of help the apperaence. Also how would this effect the implants, would they come back through once the skin had repaired. Any surguestions would be greatly appreciated is there anything i can do myself to help i.e chemical peels etc.
