Dermapen method (Stamping v/s Tracing)

Which of these two methods you guys think is better using dermapen? Stamping or tracing?

Good question, I'm curious as well.
I was intuitively using stamping method when I first tried, but I see that most of the people use tracing when microneedling.

I am tracing because it is faster. I’m microneedling my entire head, and stamping would just take up too much time. I don’t think it matters very much.
