Dermaroller DNS with 540 needle is really efective?

Hello, I live in Brazil and I started treatment with the dermaroller recently, and on my own. I'm using one of DNS 540 1.5 mm titanium needles separated into discs. Some people criticize this method, but it is in line with those of 192 individual surgical needles. It is worth remembering that DNS is a serious company and even manufactures dermastamps as well. So I would like to know if some people here on the forum are having positive results with the DNS titanium dermaroller with 540 needles.

Didn't really like microneedling. Just gave me literal headaches and made my hair shed more. People say it's effective on the temples though, but I got a diffuse thinning problem, and if I microneedle my crown, it just gave me hair falls which is more stressing. But I think the needles don't matter. It's your consistency, probably.
