Dermmatch, not washing hair for a day

I love my dermmatch but one thing really sucks. I have to wash my hair and go through the entire routine on a daily basis. My hair looks perfect right now but if I wake up in the morning and dont' shower, it gets ridiculous. I think i might have a really oily scalp because the dermmatch starts to glisten on my scalp so like you can see that my scalp is shining but it's BLACK. looks really strange. So the days i don't shower i have to put on a hat. I mean not like i don't shower on a daily basis but sometimes you're just too lazy to shower..

Oddly, dermatch looks the best on me when I shower and apply the night before, and sleep on it all night. I can never seem to apply it evenly, so messing it up a bit helps to stop an uneven look.

You are not alone... My hair is also EXTREMELY greasy.... It gets very oily withint 12-24 hours, so I do absolutely have to shower and re-apply dermmatch each morning...

Yes... it sucks... but there are things that are so much worse...

Same problem of oily scalp & scalp glittering... One way i get around this problem... is to press a tissue paper over the scalp in the afternoon & in the morning (if necessary). The tissue paper will absord sweat & oil leaving a more or less "dry" scalp. A little bit of re-touching dermmatch (dry or wet) in places where dermmatch fades & that's it.... no need to wash your hair everyday.

That how i've been doing up to now & that's work pretty well for a few days (3 - 4 days) without the problem of an oily & glittering scalp all day long.

Now, if you have a problem of excess oily scalp during the day, well... you can have some tissue papers (definitely not difficult to carry) on you & press it gently on the scalp when you go to the bathroom.

Nizoral shampoo and Piroctone olamine shampoos will get rid of the grease. They are androgen receptor blockers. So even after it is washed off, you won't make as much. My scalp is dry now, and comfortable.

Yea i tried dabbing my scalp with tissue but my all my hair strands are also oily and there's no way to make my hair look clean and dry without washing it again. It's crazy. I don't know how it's even humanly possibly to make so much freaking oil in a few hours. Anyone have any other tricks? I mean, it's really strange, cuz i either have perfectly styled hair OR it's oily and nasty and looks like i haven't showered in months and all that in just one day. I'd like to have a lazy sunday once in a while where I don't wash my hair and let it just be messy but not NASTY

Something I do sometimes is to pour some baby powder or talc in my hands and run it through my hair. The talc absorbs the grease/oil and it seems to make my hair look a bit thicker too.
