I've been using Derm for probably around 4 years or so, but only recently front to back as opposed to just back. Diffuse loss is a pisser. Anyway, I've noticed in the latest batch that the Medium Brown has given me a slight red tinge to it, a bit like that McCartney dyed hair look. The one old men sometimes have when it's been really badly done. I do have a bit more grey hair on my head in spurts than I did 4 years ago, but it can't be that can it? Anyone use a Dark Brown on their medium ish brown hair, out of interest. I've never bought the dark one.

Or have they changed formula, or otherwise. I do find some parts of the head don't go brown when applied, and still see the scalp, It's not what it was.

I’ve also been using it for around 4 years and am due to re-order soon again . I haven’t noticed any changes in my latest batch ?

You got my curious now ..

It's definitely changed, even if only marginally so... It's not as strong either, I can coat hair and see still white scalp that should be brown. Water is a necessity so it's diluting but maybe too much. And it's not as long lasting as my last one was. I never saw the hole at the bottom in the middle as soon as this one showed up. Previously It lasted for absolutely ages. New packaging, and altered formula me thinks.

Have you tried contacting them for clarification on this ? I use dark brown tbh if it was a touch lighter it would be even better . Still, I hope that they haven’t messed around with their product and if they have then they should be notifying their customers.

I did try, but got nowhere. I'm also getting an itch I never had before, so wonder if this stuff has been changed. It's certainly diluting as it hits the head when applied to wet hair. Not as good as it once was. This happens with a lot of stuff though in my experience. Few shampoos have lost their kick of late too
