Details on finasteride for someone who's a new user?

I have realised after all these years that I am balding. sh*t man its been hard as f*** and it's taken a long time but I've finally began to accept it. I'm not someone who's just going to lie down and watch my self suffer through losing my hair so I'm going to take finasteride. Not going to lie, I'm sh*t scared because it's one hell of a commitment for someone in their 20's to make. I just want to know what the recommended and successful ways of taking this drug are? For example, dosage (0.5/1.0mg), frequency and any other things that are to be taken into consideration when on the drug? For those who want to talk side affects I'm fully aware of them having been on this site for many years so take it else where.

J'ai réalisé après toutes ces années que j'étais chauve. sh * t man ça a été dur comme putain et ça a pris du temps mais j'ai finalement commencé à l'accepter. Je veux juste savoir quelles sont les méthodes recommandées et efficaces pour prendre ce médicament? Par exemple, la posologie (0,5 / 1,0 mg), la fréquence et tout autre élément à prendre en compte lors de la prise du médicament? Pour ceux qui veulent parler des effets secondaires, je suis pleinement conscient qu'ils sont sur ce site depuis de nombreuses années, alors emmenez-le ailleurs.
