Had a giga op (two days) beginning of 2013, great experience, totally realistic expectations, never over sold by DHI Everyone - from the initial consultation to the nurses and doctor/surgeon (Dr. Lefteris) were absolutely professional and did their job well. The nurses had specialist dermatology training. Went in there with a straggly mess on my head, of what used to be hair, came out after two days with something that I could work with. It totally changed my look and life. Dont understand why so many negative comments about DHI...? Understand about the marketing, but concluded they were using either standard FUE or a slight variant of it, seemed that the units were extracted in the morning, then later dissected by the two nurses under microscope and then immediately implanted. I didn't go in there at 40 years old, expecting to get a few thousand grafts and come out looking like a 20 year old - I would have been happy if that happened, but I was told to be realistic and not to over-extract from the donor area in case of future receeding/thinning... seemed absolutely the right advice. Would be I nterested in a conversation about other genuine patients... Considering getting some more done and DHI don't seem to be in London now... Issue with negative posts from competition is that it made it very difficult to make informed decisions. I was recommended this clinic by a local tricologist and they obviously had a legal duty of care with regards to advice, and had seen DHI work on various other patients... Would be interested to know other's experience and to have some type of validated system where it could be proven that the review was actually a patient of the said clinic...
