If you look at aging males, the DNA code directs the process toward
1 less testosterone and sex
2 decreased physical stamina, growth hormone
3 greying diffusion ( like a reversal of early child development)

Apparently early balding happened because various populations began interbreeding
And thus intensifying the dht concentrations.....that wasn't supposed to factor in. Until age 50.

At some point becoming a dominant variant within tribes.

Statistics show little balding in Chinese

Probably because they never interbred with outside genetic tribal populations.

There could have been a primitive stage in our history when premature balding was selected because, as people would die in their 20s, looking old was a sign of social privilege.
But we stopped being primitive more than 5000 years ago.

Premature balding still exists because men had the upper hand on women until the 1950's.
Looks in men were a non issue, unless one was super hideous but still it was possible to procreate through forced marriage and arranged marriage or rape, which is common in war.

This is why ugly people (baldies included) exist today.

Now that women can choose, baldies and ugly people will be weed out in a few generations.
Thus we either cure the disease or accept our (just) decline and disappearance.
