I tried IH top 6 (well, top 5) for almost 6 months. In that time, I went from a NW2 to a NW3. It took me almost 7 years to go from a NW1 to a NW2, but only 6 months from a NW2 to NW3.
Some people have success with it, while others don't. The problem with IH top 6 is it keeps changing. The top 6 are way different today than they were in January...And many things that IH advocated have been proven to be bad for hair or libido. IH is a good guy though and knows more than almost anyone else about natural drugs and hair loss.
IMO try out stuff that's proven to work like finasteride/dutasteride/minoxidil first. If those don't work after 6 months to a year, then give IH Top 6 a try.
