Did Anyone Get Hair Growth After One Year On Finasteride

Hey guys i have been on finasteride for one year and did not get any hair growth.. I heard some people got regrowth after 18 months what do you think about that???

Finasteride is mostly protection, not growth. Getting growth from it is rather rare

65% of people got regrowth with Finas after 2 years of use. The first year was around 50%. So yes, there's still room for you.

You might have gotten growth, just not significant enough for you to notice. Even though - maintenance should be seen as a succes with finasteride. Try minoxidil for growth.

Getting significant regrowth from finasteride or dutasteride is not the norm although it can happen...add minoxidil if you are not happy with your results from a year of finasteride, either oral or topical.

You are right man at least finasteride maintenance my hair i am going to wait six months and after that maybe i will add minoxidil or another drug

That's a good approach. Then you'll know what finasteride is doing for you in terms of maintenance/regrowth. Add minoxidil and dermarolling after a year and half on finasteride.
