Did my finasteride go bad?

I've been taking finasteride for a little over a year now, and up until the end of the summer I was having very good results. My hair was maintaining and thickening... nothing dramatic but holding pretty steady. For the past 2-3 months though it's taken a bit of a downturn... now I know finasteride starts to wane in effectiveness for some people but that usually happens after a few years. My only thought could be that my finasteride has gone bad during the summer, where I left it in my room where the temperatures often reached 90-100 degrees.

Is it likely they went bad?

the leaflet in the box should tell you what the safe temperatures are for storing finasteride.
It is unlikely your finasteride 'went bad' but you can always check what the guideline says
