Diffuse thinning after hair transplant- afro male

Hi All,

I was wondering if you could give me some guidance. Over I would say the last 8 months noticing severe diffuse thinning. I had a transplant March 2020 and then around August/Sept noticing my hair thinning a lot including the transplanted hairline. Is this thinning an likely outcome of the hair transplant or something else?

Ultimately I would like to understand if there is anything I can do or grin and bare it.
