Hi
I am 24.5 years old. I have aggressive diffuse thinning. Cannot consume finasteride and minoxidil because isotretinoin, a chemical which causes similar symptoms to post finasteride syndrome took my life.

Can you guys suggest the best action for me to take? The hair loss is still active but I can't take any steps to stop it (if there is some chemical which doens't cause side effects please let me know).
As you can see its also diffuse hair loss. The good thing I might have going for me is I do have a good? donor area. the sides have also thinned from my original thickness but I don't see any loss from there as of yet.
I am in India and would preferably be looking for clinics near Delhi. If you guys do end up suggesting hair transplant for me, is there some consensus on the better ones there. Eugenix, Dr A, Tejinder Bhatti, etc?

Also please don't hesitate to ask me for more info, I can update as needed. Thank you so much.

Unless you have unlimited funds for a series or transplants spanninfg your life, probably a better, shorter hair cut with toppik, smp or a hair system.

Your sides and crown look pretty high to me. I don’t see why 2 or 3 transplants wouldn’t fix you up real good. Maybe 25K-30K for all three total. Look for surgeons who specialize in diffuse. There are some.

Give microneedling a try with some hair-helpful essential oils and coconut oil since you aren’t able to tolerate minoxidil. Other than that I would say an FUE or DHI hair transplant. Best of luck
