I can't really tell cause of your haircut but if your sides are thinning then it could be retrograde alopecia. Top looks somewhat thin for 16 which is not a very good sign.

Yes, from my experience I can tell that finasteride definitely can work (i.e. hair loss will stabilize, don't expect to get thick hair on the sides, it's gone forever). As shookwun already said, it's indeed retrogade alopecia and its main feature is that the area above the ears will also thin, unlike regular male pattern baldness.

I don't know if everyone is just trolling this guy or not, but I think you're fine OP. It's just the parting of your hair in the first pic IMO and all the others look normal to me. Does look like you're losing it at your hairline though.

I have the same **** It's early DUPA, mine is worse now, but it's not so bad when hair is short

Umm that's just thin donor hair density. You obviously cut the sides shorter than you do the top. Right now your problem cutting the sides to .5 or 1

I usually get skin fade but the second picture was when my hair grew after 5-6 week. The sides were really thin. I'm positive this is Dupa?
